Green Tarmac and Black Tarmac were enjoying a drink in the pub, when suddenly Green Tarmac, who had been gazing out of the window, suddenly cried : "Quick! Hide under the table!"

"Whatever for?" asked Black Tarmac.

"I've just spotted Red Tarmac outside, hide before he sees us and comes in!"

To which Black Tarmac replied, " Why are you so afraid of Red Tarmac?"

Green Tarmac: "Well, he's a cycle-path, isn't he?!"
